Serial number

After a few mis-steps and doing the downloads in the wrong order, I now seem to have Bryce 7 (pro) installed.

I have tried to put the serial number in, but when I press the tick, it just quits everything (no message i.e "incorrect serial number" or anythin - just quits).

I have tried with hypens, without hypens. 

For the Name, I have tried my e-mail, the name given on the "serial numbers" page of my account.

Any advice?
