How do change my password,   I have forgotten my old password. Please Help.

if you know what email address you used you can get an email sent to you from login page

You can change your password by going to your account,  or if you  can't remember the old one you should file a help ticket.   https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new

 

If this doesn't work out  PM Richard Haseltine (or me) with your account details, and email address, the one used for your account and we can forward this, but It won't get attention till Monday at the earliest.
