Changing your view from portrait 10:13 to landscape 16:9

I have been wondering how you change from portrait to landscape in the viewpoint. Can anyone tell me please?

The Viewport takes up the available space, so the only way to do that would be to rearrange the other panes. You can render to any size/proportion, though - if you enable the Aspect frame in the Viewport option menu (the lined/hamburger button in the top-right corner, orr igth-click the tab) a white rectangle will show the actual render proportions.
