    Not sure, but check an artist on Rendo's store. He goes by Deacon 215, also by Exeter. It might not be his, but he's done some things that are similar.

    I'm pretty sure there was a set of traditional Hawaiian clothes and weapons for G3M/G8M in the store but I can't find it at the moment. The skirt may have come out of that set/bundle.

    There is this: dForce Hula Outfit and Pose Set for Genesis 8 Female(s) | Daz 3D, which could come close if you switch the shader materials to jute & dried grass. The jewelry I don't know.

    That's Ken Gilliand's set. It's over on Rendo repurposed for Dawn and Dusk as well as gen4.
