Hi i need help bad! When i hit the nvidia iray for preview it wont work! Can anyone please help me

Does anyone know why that happens ! Meaning i hit the nvidia under the arrow for preview of my scene  by the perspective in the top right hand corner! 

and when i do it turns white and stays like that then when i move my camera it renders for a second then stops ! But it will render fully if i hit render !And not do the preview can someone please tell me why this happens its so aggrevating ! Please someone help ,me iam very upset! Thanks so much! Thats all i get in the preview scene as you can see on my screenshot  i doesnt go any further then that! But like i said when i render full scene it renders perfectly!

    Iray preview requires either a powerful computer with a powerful GPU or a lot of patience, and if you move anything or make any changes while the preview rendering is 'cooking', it will start again from the beginning.

    What kind of system do you have?

    i have core i9 9900 with rtx 3090 graphics card 24 gb vram 64 gb pc ram! windows 10 operating system!

    i know but it will stay white until i move the camera it wont stay and render in preview it will just stay white!

    I've had the same problem (and other people, too)

    I went through all elements of the scene, one by one and deleted them, to find out which one caused the error.
    It was a part of a male character. After reducing its resolution to standard (for preview puposes only) the bug went away.
