Has anyone else noticed issues on the Sales side of the website?
For the past two weeks, on multiple computers, I've had to log in three or four times before the log in "takes," Enter log in information, page refreshes, but still not logged in. Do it again. Same things. Do it a third time and most of the time I'm now logged in.
The same sort of thing happens on the products, initially the page loads with yesterdays (or a couple of days ago)'s new items. Refresh, no change. Refresh, no change. Third refresh, new items are populated.
Sometimes the purple banners that expired the previous day will still be visible and doesn't disappear until agfter a refresh. Same thing if there is a new banner, it doesn't appear until after a refresh.
It doesn't seem to be a cache issue and its not isolated to one computer or browser, since I go on the site from multiple platforms.

Since it's effecting multiple devices have you ruled out any cache/proxy on your network or ISP that is maybe feeding back old data?
All three devices that I use connect through different networks, so that's not the issue either.
Hmmm ... well, presumably those devices are all in the same region and so perhaps there is an issue with the Cloudflare service in your area? Since that exists between Daz's servers and your connection it would affect all devices equally. Tricky to test to see if that is an issue unless you have a VPN or something and can try connecting as if you were from a different area.
I haven't had those issues, although I haven't been browsing the store that much recenly so not a good counter example.
I haven't seen that kind of issue, and I can't recall any other reports, but the site has been quite slow in the non-cached areas such as the cart and check-out.
I do use a VPN, but only on one connection. The other connection is straight to a fiber optic modem. The third connection is through my cell phone, both on the phone and while using the phone as a hot spot.
The only thing I have been able to "reverse" narrowed down is that its not related to the new videos. The same thing happens if I try to log in at the landing page or if I try to log in on the store listing page. It doesn't happen when logging in through the forum.
(I only thought it might be the videos because that was the only thing that I noticed changed when this started.)
If no one else is seeing it, then I will just ignore it.
I have really fast internet (over a gig) and this is the ONLY site that I visit that doesn't connect a third of the time. Heck, sometimes, it even gets a host error WHILE I'm looking at a page, much less trying to load one. I get them in the morning, afternoon, evening, in the middle of the bloody night....there's not a time that's any less susceptible than another as far as I can tell. It's WAY annoying.
The site in general or the forums in particular?
Over here it's in the forums in particular.
I've only noticed it in the forums, but when the host errors are going crazy, the whole site won't load.
I get the "Unable to load recent personalized data etc." quite often in the store (also in the forums sometimes I think, but not sure), I think that's been going on ever since the store update in 2020.
Yes, that may just mean you have interupted the page load (e.g. clicked on a link) befoe the top bar is done building.
But why does it take so long to load a product page? Quick loads might be 6 seconds. Slow loads might be over 20 or 30 seconds.
For the "unable to load recent personalized data" I blame trackers. When I use Firefox -> Browser Tools -> Web Developer Tools and look at the network tab there's often one or more tracking sites that failed to load even if I wait for the page to "finish" loading.
For forum slowness and cloudflare error pages I assume it's lack of capacity on the DAZ servers.
Also, when checking out I always see some message about an error (can't remember the text now) but I've learned to just count to 20 and usually the checkout process continues.
I don't think it's trackers - the personal stuff (on-site messages, cart contents - also things like whether the product is purchased, but it draws the defaults anyway so that lack may not be obvious) are obviously not cached while the common page elements are so it's quite possible for most of the page to be done but the top-bar elements to still be working. Clicking to a new page will interupt that, as will a time-out, and then you get the message about the personal data not being current.
Yes, I have the same issue and also the forums keep logging me in and out and every time I open a a new sales page I get a pop up to sign up for email although I'm already signed up. So annoying!
I was researching in my Product Library yesterday and found I had to wait a very long time to open files just to see what the required product was for old texture sets were. Many are still not mentioned in the initial pages, so you have to go to the sale pages (if they are still available).
I don't know if DAZ was experiencing a lot of demand, or if the internet was being slammed with a lot of shopping or people watching the World Cup games, but it drove me nuts.
Could be, but I'm not really sure that's always the case.
The DAZ site is also rather slow in FireFox for me, but I actually think it's the browsers that are overloaded with things that interfere, like virus scanners, pop-up blockers etc..
I've just been updating an old app I've written which has an internal browser. It used to be based on the old IE based WebBrowser control but that's totally outdated now so I replaced it with Microsofts new Chromium based WebView2 instead. Basically it's just the Edge browser with no plugins or anything and it's lightning fast when browsing the DAZ site, whether I'm logged in or not. See video here:

EDIT: this test was done at noon here in Europe where there generally isn't so much load on the DAZ site, how it works when there's a lot of load on the site I'm not sure, but in any case it's still a lot faster than FireFox for me at this time. The hardware on the test PC is 10+ years old btw, so it will probably be a good deal faster on newer hardware.
Well, now DIM is broken too. So I'm not sure why I am surprised with the website issues.
Used my PC coupons, downloaded the new files in DIM, waited and then sorted by "Order Date" in Ready to Install. First things that show up are very old items in alphabetical order.
Right click on items, "Show Order" is greyed out for the first hundred or so items.
No order date means they end up at the top of the DIM list on the sort.
