I Just Updated to 4.21 after being years in 4.15, what's new?

It seems pretty nice and fast but aside from the Starting Screen now has a Dancer girl, aside from that it looks the same. Well it's good because if it was total change i would have to relearn everything. What are some not obvious changes?

if you load in anything with .tif material being in nvidia iray will crashe daz

Only those Tiff files that are in an unusual color bit depth. Usual Tiff in 24 bit (RGB) or 32 bit (RGBA) do not cause issues.
