Scripts Bar Missing

I had a scripts bar with 2 important scripts on top of my DAZ 4.21 Pro (Latest Version) interface. After I reopened the program today the scripts bar is missing. Is there any reason for this? Cheers

    You mean the scripts menu in the main menu bar? If you go to Window>Workspace>Customise are the actions that were in the Scripts menu still under the Custom group on the left? If they are, go to the menus tab on the right, right-click on main menus, and add an entry naming ti Scripts:drag it itno position, then drag the commands across from the Custom group on the left into the Scripts menu you just added.

    When you say drag the ti Scripts into position! Where? When I add an entry ti Scripts it goes back to New Menu.Cheers

    Once you have added the Scripts menu through the right-click on the Main menus then drag the entries under Custum on the left of the dialogue into the Scripts menu on the right.

    Richard - Thanks again.  You've just solved another of my self-induced problems - "testing" new workspaces without first saving my custom setup.

    Now, to figure out how to move my new "Scripts" from being the first choice, before "File", and to it's "rightul" place between the "Connect" and "Window" choices.

    Try Window>Workspace>Update and Merge menus - apparently the Scripts and Favourites menus are now part of the standard layout, rather than being added only at need, so that may well put it baack in its proper position. If not you can drag-and-drop in the Menus tab on the right in the Customise dialogue.

    Once again, though art a saver of mental sanity.  Update & Merge didn't work.  Drag and Drop did

    I had been reluctant to try the drag and drop because as I dragged, all the items below were being highlighted!  But if Richard says so .... and it worked!

    Another PEBKAC problem dissolved!

    Sorry, I was "acting on information received" - the menus are changed in a forthcoming build of Daz Studio, rather than the current Public Build or General Release.

    Thanks anyway.  Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about the upcoming menu change.  Nope, never heard a thing!  :D
