Uber iRay setup for imported .obj file with Glossiness & Reflectivity maps

When setting up 3rd party obj files in the Daz iRay Uber shader, i've found it pretty straightforward to plug in PBR workflow maps when they contain metallicity & roughness maps.

But how does one set up shader settings when obj comes with Glossiness & Reflectivity maps?

In the specific example im working with right now, the Glossiness maps are usually around mid-grey and Reflectivity is usually around white.  I could post some of the .mtl values that came with the obj if that is helpful, but mainly just looking for a general rule.

Well, based on your description, my guess would be that Glossyness shall in Glossy Weight, and Reflectivity shall in Glossy Color.

I suspect that Reflectivity is another weight map, not a color map, and probably best suited for, say, Dual Lobe Specular Reflectivity.
