What is going wrong with this Texture?

This is the Neon for Genesis 8.1 by Oskarsson

I don't know what is going on but the texture is messed up? It should be all smooth and even but it looks like this. I have tried re-installing the package but it still comes out like this.

    Nothing wrong with the texture once rendered with Iray (even 3DL, but not Filament). The texture-shaded preview is a little funky, showing all those seams, but so is the UV mapping and texture bitmap.
