How do I contact a content artist?

Good evening, all. I'm having a problem with Feng's 'Teen Bedroom' product. After updating to Studio 4.21, it simply will not render. I get an error popup that says something about 'error occured during rendering', and it shuts down. The log file says '[WARNING] :: ..\..\..\..\..\src\pluginsource\DzIrayRender\dzneuraymgr.cpp(369): Iray [WARNING] - API:DATABASE ::   1.0   API    db   warn : Transaction is released without being committed or aborted. Automatically aborting.' 

And that's it. No errors about missing files upon loading or anything, it just won't render. I wonder if Feng knows about this?

    Unless a PA posts on the forums (and I don't remember seeing Feng post), the only way to contact them is through Daz. A ticket might be a good idea either way, since the issue might not be Feng's product, but something in your DS install or something.

    You would have to contact Daz3D product support for your issue. That's their job.
