Looking for a style of hair - art inspired

Hello everyone!
I saw the below portrait. I wish to make a G8M character inspired by it, but the hair has me stumped. Currently I'm using "Ellie Hair Genesis 8 Female" auto-converted to my G8M, but that's not quite it. Does anyone know of a better fit?
As the signature says, art is by LoranDeSore, though he doesn't seem to have this specific portrait anymore in his gallery.

The image you posted went straight to my "Hot Boys" folder.
May it be possibile you release the character, if he turns out good, as freebie or a commercial product... PLEASE DO IT!!!
I won't go that far :-) I found that Torment was pretty close to this fella. I just tweaked the jaw and nose a bit with standard morphs :-)

Main Hair (dForce Classic Wet Hair), Bangs/Forelock (2021-14 Hair), Braids (Elysa Hair). You can turn off the other surfaces of the 2021-14 Hair to isolate the bangs, but I'm not sure about isolating Elysa Hair's braids, though some extra frizz/flyaways might work out. You'll need to adjust the glossy and topcoat settings as well as the diffuse to match up the OOT to the Linday, but at least you're working with black hair.
