Can I revert menus.dsx & layout.dsx to default/factory settings?

Yesterday I was invited to accept a new version of DS, which I did. Later, DS froze and Windows invited me to close the application, which I also did. I now realise that menus.dsx became corrupted at that point.

Today I've read threads which explain how to resolve such situations in the future, if backups have been taken, but I can't follow the advice explained therein [note to self - start backing those files up].

Given that I've made minimal changes to the menu tree and the layout, can I restore them to default or factory settings?

And are there any other .dsx files or other config files which I should worry about?

    Window>Workspace>Select Layout, or if you want to reset only the menus Window>Workspace>Customise and use the Import button at the bottom of the dialogue.

    Thank you Richard. That was much easier than I thought it was going to be
