I don't have that but it sounds like something that would be pretty helpful so I have added it to my wishlist.
However, I think the items showing up in DIM as "Not Installed" *might* be a red-herring. I have a few products that are always in my "uninstalled" section of DIM, even when they are actually installed. If I click the button to re-install them then they disappear - but only until I re-start DIM. Those tend to be scripts and Photoshop brushes which I guess DIM has trouble marking as being installed.
Turbo Content is a plug-in, not content - it adds new elements to the UI. Check that it is present and working in Help>About Installed Plug-ins.
You would probably do best to look at and, if need be,m post to the official therad https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/557186/released-turbo-loader-for-genesis-8-and-8-1-commercial
it just didnt show up under installed or anywhere SofaCitizen, today is the day to grab it if you can while its cheap on sale
being able to have more than one library window open will be a huge relief, wish I had gotten it 5 years ago
ok thanks Richard ill check it out
I think that link is for RiverSoftArt's Turbo Loader not ManFriday's Turbo Content. Not sure if Turbo Content has it's own thread.
However, you are right - now is the time to buy it, so I did.
I installed it with DIM (with Daz Studio not running) and when I fired up Daz I got the new Content menu item - see below:
oh yeah mines there, glad you got it thanks thanks
is there a manual I can a link to I hope?
can multiple windows be open?
Yup, it looks like you can have multiple windows open at the same time which is handy :)
There is a 7 page PDF included. Not sure if you can access it from within Daz but you can get to it by browsing to the folder. It's within your DAZ application install folder on the C: drive under docs/Plugins/Turbo Content.
Sorry, this is the correct thread https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/345671/manfriday-s-turbo-content-commercial - but it is a plug-in, not content that will appear in a content pane.
Is there a is a way to open folders that I have added myself, or it will only open content that is under the products tab?
Sorry, I must have missed the notification for this reply. The windows are pulling content from the database/CMS and so will not show any assets that have been physically copied to a base folder ONLY.
