Is Genesis 9 supposed to be grey?

I'm guessing it's not supposed to be grey, but after uninstalling and reinstalling, it's still grey. Am I missing something?

I'm using version 4.21.0.5 on Windows 10.

you have to apply a texture.

Yes. I use the Content Library, and the skin textures are under "Materials."
