I am sure you know that often toward the end of the Holiday sale we get an opportunity to revisit those products and as Richard said they stay live for three days. Later, when the links become permanent OOPS pages, if people will post some renders linking to their gallery I will update link to those galleries, as a tribute to the artist who so generously donated their time. That way people can appreciate them as the generous PA's they are and visit their storefronts and support those PA's after the sale ends and someone stumbles upon this thread. Else if nobody posts gallery links I will try to make a few of my own, ELSE I will update the link to one of the posts that feature a render of the product. Think of the OOPs pages as a temporary glitch.
Thanks for the gifts...missed all except for the last 3 days so hopefully there will be a catch up day.
That mushroom hat is the cutest! Thanks. I also used the locket and believe it or not, the Christmas tree is that beautiful blue bokeh on the right. It is just scaled way up and pushed way back with DOF.
Who doesn't need Christmas Garland, especially one this festive. And textures templates too! Thank you so much to David Brinnen and ForbiddenWhispers.
Quite a pretty garland with bells, thanks
Just want to say thank you to all you awesome PAs for your free gifts this year! I'm noticing the quality going up each year and your time you put in to this is greatly appreciated.
I'm sure there are going to be more great products still to come... ;)
You're welcome!
Thanks again for all the gifts. It is a generous and thoughtful tradition we look forward to each year.
Thank you to Elleque for the homestyle PreT Holiday Wreath. This is going to look great on someone's door or wall, especially with so many material zones to customize it!
Thank you to Zkuro for making the Bear Vase. And Merry Christmas back at you! Do you mind if I ask what font you used?
Awww, that's nice to hear. I don't usually get everything rendered, but I try to cover a lot of them.
Thank you so much, Wicked Creations. I've kicked the elf off the mantelshelf, to make room for your Festive Snow Globe.
(Forgive the drastic overuse of the full body gold leaf; I was trying to figure out how to use it. Then Daz crashed and I lost some of the work. I didn't have the patience to redo it, so I left it at this.)
I have 6 PA gifts rolled into this strange image.
I so love love love this render so festive and I see all 6 of the wonderful gifts from our amazing PAs!!!
Here is my meek render of the great garland!!
Check out the great renders for the season https://www.daz3d.com/gallery/category/christmas
You're quite welcome, I'm happy to see my snow globe being enjoyed and used in renders here already the first day of release, warms my heart
.
View from the inside - the camera is inside the glass globe. I used the Snow Glow material preset and added some Iray Bloom. Look how the figurines inside the globe look like real ceramic objects! This snow globe has great details.
Just for completeness, here is a more conventional view. I really like that snow glow preset.
The image from the inside is not showing up for me. Did you accidentally delete your attachment?
Not there for me as well
Yes. Thanks for letting me know. It is the forum bug of keeping previous attachments shown in the next message. When I posted the second message and attached that image, the forum still showed the previous image as being attached to the second message, so I delete it. Unfortunately it deleted it from the first message, too.
Thanks. I think I fixed it. If you still can't see it, please let me know.
If you refresh the page after posting the phantom attachment should go.
Yep it's there now Nicely done
Thanks for the tip, Richard, and the confirmation, Robert.
Florida Christmas
You could stick a couple of dinosaurs in it and then it would be Jurassic Christmas
