Good morning. I feel like I'm the Grinch and I apologise but I have another concern with the store.
I have purchased items on the first two days of the "holiday sale" but I am still only getting a 10% from my "Punch Card."
Was this supposed to iterate daily? Does it only iterate with certain purchases? I am confused.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Check your in cart prices. The graphic only shows 10% but the in cart price seems to reflect the full discount.
I'll keep an eye on it this morning. Thanks for the help.
I thought punch cards were put to bed as a terrible, unpopular idea years ago. I do not like them, Sam I Am.
I'm not against the idea of punch cards, per se, but DAZ punch cards tend to be so arcanely limited in what actually qualifies to earn and maintain punches, with the details buried in asterisked fine print rather than stated in clear English, that they border on Faustian.
Seriously, would anyone be all that surprised to find a clone of Peter Cook from the original BEDAZZLED in the DAZ marketing department? "But I thought I qualified for the discount?!!" "Nope, sorry, you missed the fine print saying that the razzberry ice-lolly disqualified you."
...indeed. haven't purchased much as it's either expensive bundles or a lot of older products I've already passed on in previous years.
Currently I am seeing the 35% discount listed on the sale page but today's offers are pretty meh.
Also like the recent punch sale, do we have to keep purchasing something each day to maintain our discount?
Worse, apparently. I spent 37 bucks yesterday and still found my punch credit wiped out.
...that sounds extreme.
The punch discount doesn't work on "non sale day" items For example I just put the Super Yacht Lady Fortuna (which is no longer a "new release") in the cart as an experiment and no discount was applied. I then put Marshian's Glass Fairy House (which is on today's sale page under Featured Artists) and it did get the 35% discount.
I can't find anything the punch card actually works on. I stopped buying because the punches did nothing.
Nope, there were no "debut" items in yesterday's purchase and now my punch card is back to square one. Is it supposed to be that way? Who can tell given the way that the rules change randomly from category to category and from day to day and are constantly being retroactively redefined. As it is, since DAZ also can't be bothered to have someone on duty on weekends to fix customer problems as they occur anyway, the potential savings aren't worth the hassle of my putting in all the time filling a claim with customer service only to be told in a week that they can't do anything about it because Customer Service can't track all the discounts that are supposed to be applied after they're no longer active on the site... and yes, that's a real answer that they've said that they apparenly can't do.
...I just put Stonemason's The Core which is one of the items from the Historical Top Sellers on the Holiday Sale page and received the 35% discount. Are you just selecting items from the main store or from the Holiday Sale selections? The discount only works on items featured there.
My own punches are wiped out again - back to 10% even in the cart.
...I just checked and the 35% discount is still showing.
I'd submit a CS support ticket on this as it seems to be going around. . .
I mean it's not even said how much the daily purchase should add to the punch card discount...and if it intented to fall back without daily purchase ?
So, on how many of the last three days had you made a purchase for more than $2 (not a Gift Card)? I still hae all my punches on the promo page, and they seem to be working in cart.
...well didn't make a purchase for Monday as I was busy with other matters and got docked all the way back from 35% to 10%, not even back to 20%.. I wish they'd state all the details and requirements of these sales instead of leaving customers guessing.
At least in the last one you only lost one punch if you didn't buy anything, not all of them.
This and having to purchase debut new releases to unlock basic discounts is ridiculous when you are spending more for the debut items than what the discount is worth (unless you drop a large amount of money on the cart particularly given that not everyone is interested in G9.
This promotion is not meant for the budget minded who pruchase according to needs and practicality (of which there are many here).
So much for purchasing anything more during this promotion. really disappointed
No discounts this morning, so I just dumped my cart (with the exception of $4.99 for a London bus I needed for a project).
