dforce hair clipping through figure

Hi guys - I bought this hair https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-kensington-hair-for-genesis-8-and-81-females. I have it on V8.1 and I have tried everything but it just clips through the figure, before and after simulation. Please help.

I don't have it, but make sure that it is not touching or intersecting with anything before simulation since that is the main cause for clipping with dynamic hair
