fixing pointed elbow on a bent g8f arm

does anyone know a fix for this point in the elbow shown in the image, even Zev's bend control set doesnt seem to address the elbow

if no fix is there any product that can fix elbows?

What is the pose? If it is one of your own making would you be willing to post it? That looks more like a bad JCM than the natural sate of the bend.

That pose has a knee in the way of the elbow, but all the other bent elbows look OK. What happens if you just load the base figure and bend the right elbow?

if the arm is bent downward then the point does go away

Can you make a simple pose that shows the issue, rather than a full pose from a set? I'd guess you just need the forearm and shoulder bones, possibly the collar too.
