Ticket Response Time - Sales

I opened a ticket with sales last Wednesday and have yet to receive a response. Is that usual? With tech tickets I usually hear back pretty quickly.

It's fairly unusual, but I suspect that with the Black Friday stuff just before that and then the holiday sale after they may have had more tickets than usual. Do make sure you can see the open ticket in the queue, though - especially if you didn't log in on the ZenDesk side and had to reenter your email on the ticket.
