not to repeat myself, but can anyone ID the short pixie-style hair used in this VO Xiao Xia for Genesis 8.1 Female promo?

(i'll admit to being curious about the dress, too, but the hair is what i'm really looking for.)

...i've found a lot of almosts so far, but nothing that quite matches the cut or the look.

any and all suggestions appreciated!  thanks!
