smart content issues (repeat problem)

Hi -

When I click on my figures in the scene pane, smart content stopped showing all the items that work for that figure.

Had this problem two or three weeks ago. Reinstalled the database and it fixed the problem. I have the problem again and reinstalling the database did not fix it this time.

Help would be appreciated. Thank you

What do you mean by reinstalling the database? Have you tried rinstalling the Gensis 8 (Female) Starter Essentials?

Originally I reinstalled the PostgreSQL CMS 64 bit database not knowing what to do. I tried what you said and it worked perfectly. Thank you
