THat would depend on what happened - Daz [Studio] does not just reset itself. If the layout files were damaged on exit (e.g. by closing through Task Manager while the shut down was beign performed) and you have not closed DS since the last restart you should have backups of the layout (various .dsx fisel) files in %appdata%/daz 3d/Studuo4/ (or with an addtiion to Studio4 if usinmg a named instance) - copy those, close Daz Studio, remove the .bak extension so they are .dsx, and place them in the appsettings folder over the current files. It may just be the layout - check to see if your custom actions are under Custom on the left in Window>Workspace>Customise: if they are you can recreate the Scripts entry in the Main Menus in the Menus tab on the right (right-click on Main menus to add a sub-item) and drag the actions into place.
Once you have restored/rebuilt, use Window>Workspace>Save layout to avoid these issues in the future.
