Daz not opening - only white preview on app hover

Hello,
I've tried uninstalling and deleting all files daz related files (including hidden files) and reinstalling twice.
I found this link, but I have no idea which of the .zip files to download: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405408749325-Daz-Studio-Crash-on-Login-Windows-10-
Has anyone gotten Daz to work after this state? It seems like multiple people have experienced it?

You could download and double-click http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/specific_ui/screen_size_fhd/start, in case it is off-screen. You could also do the same with http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/plugins/plugins_load_config/start which will disable all third-party plug-ins, in cxase oen of those was the isue (you could then reenable them, in batches, through Help>About installed Plug-ins). Finally, if it is a corrupt database, you coudl go to the Advanced settings of Install Manager, make a note of the current CMS database location, and change it to an empty folder (if that doesn't help, restore the original location).
