     How are you trying to install?

    How are you determin that it isn't installed

    Do you get any errors when trying to install?

    Assuming that you can't find it in the smart contents pane: always mind the "Content library" pane, a section just as important if not even more!

    The content library allows you to browse your content in a true non-filtered manner: by category (so: just like it's in the smart contents pane), by product entry and even the "raw files" (sorta) as they are stored on your storage devices (SDD, HDD, remote/external storage, etc.).

    So if you can't find something always start here to make sure... check the products section (which... to be honest can sometimes be confusing) but still...

    I just realized that I own this piece myself as well, so:

    • Open the "Content library" pane (use the Window => Panes section for this if you don't have it already).
    • Expand 'Products'.
    • Expand the "S" section.
    • Find the item.
    • Notice the "Install" entry?

    I'll attach a screenie.

    What gives?  Well, check the bottom of the product page already linked above:

    DAZ Studio Users: There is no longer a separate DAZ Studio installer for these Presets. DAZ Studio will automatically apply the DAZ Studio version of the Material Presets, giving you the correct DAZ Studio look to your Secret Garden Shaded Haven.

    But it's there alright....  just check your props section and such, and you'll find the entries.

    Check the "Genesis 2 Starter Essentials" product for the full product entries. As the message above stated, it has been "embedded" but I do agree that this could have been more clear.

    Recursively being stuck with the "Install" as a title prefix... worst for a typical wanted program. Recreation: go to content library, right click on the product with prefix "install", select install, and going bonkers.
