First of all I really like HM's stuff, own probably 80% of his store offering. Nevertheless I don't get this new 11-product bundle.
Actually it's 3 products: The Bellah character (which comes as character, HD add on and MakeUp add on) and the Almira and Zarinah Outfits (which each come split into outfit and boots where both do have texture add-ons). This kind of "over-splitting" does only make smart content in studio more confusing with each new release. I have outfits where I own the single parts but not the "outfit bundle" which means that I cannot apply the outfit at once. And the shop is not clever enough to grant me the outfit bundle although I own all invidual parts.
Second: The bundle mentions the remake of the Lyanna Hair being part of the bundle. Well do only buyer of the bundle geht the hair or is it tied to the character?

Yeah, i was looking at this bundle and I want to buy it because I love the look and want to support G9, but seeing the textures and makeup as seperate products just turns me off on buying and comes across as a money grab (like many Riversoftart products that are split into generation and gender specific when they don't need to be). I also saw no mention of the remade hair in any of the products, so it does look like it just comes in the bundle unless it plans to be a seperate product later on or an update to the existing hair
Tend to try and avoid 'me too' posts but you have summed up my feelings exactly. 3 items split into as small pieces as possible. I used to balk at the prices on TurboSquid but we are starting to get close now when you add up the cost of the 'bundles' for items. It also appears that the much heralded 8K textures for Genesis 9 are now extra purchases too.
Love HM stuff, wishlisted for a sale in a year or so time.
8k textures are surplus to requirements except for skin detail ones.

Even as a buyer of the bundle, I haven't been able to find the advertised "Free Hair" after a DIM installation.
I have not found it either. I do own the hair and it is not with it and there is no update for it. I am going to send in a ticket.
As an aside, has HM always gone by the PA name HM? They seem to have a lot of stuff in the DAZ store, yet I've never heard of them before.
His previous name at Renderosity as Homer Moncada (HM). It's hasn't been changed in the readme files;

The hair has now been added to the bundle, please try refreshing DIM/the Install pane in Daz Studfio (while online) and see if it appears.

I really, really like HM's characters, but I simply cannot stand this 'break everything apart and sell separately at a high price' garbage. I know some people like it, but I am NOT going to buy a character and then pay almost as much again for just some basic makeup. If the makeup had amazing variety or had something just stunning, maybe once in a while. I bought Bellah and am buying the makeup tonight ONLY because it is G9 and I don't have much for G9 yet. But I am an AUTOMATIC NO for future versions like this. PA's, ya gotta provide at least SOME makeup with the character, even if only the most basic options, or you will lose me as a customer, that's for sure.
I really am enjoying the base character, despite everything else.

[Edited to add in a barely audible mumble:] I'm a hypocrite.
I ended up buying the whole bundle and will return the single item Bellah that I had picked up previously. The price for the bundle and my actual interest in those individual items makes those numbers work. I STILL stand by my rant about expensively priced individual items that *should* be included in a character purchase!
Also, this is THE FIRST DIM installable bundle I have bought in recent memory that actually showed up in DIM from the order page - usually the bundles don't show up as an installable bundle, but rather individual items you have to track down - so, YAY! Hopefully this is the way forward with DIM and not just a fluke.
Its only a DIM installable bundle because of the free hair, initially there was no DIM bundle but the hair was missing.
I personally feel that its over-split. That being said, HM is one of the few PAs that has offered an 8K texture for G9. I think the price point for the bundle was fair though. I'd rather get a few less items that are HM quality than a boat load of stuff thats sub-par. I did not get the bundle however. I found the sale offered that day was poor. I will wait until its offered again in another, better sale. As Daz has been so underwhelming in their support and promotion of G9, there is no rush for this artist to pick up new models.
