Daz Studio installation keeps pauzing/stopping

Hi There,

Previously I always had Daz Studio installed on a powerfull laptop from work. But they shapend the rules and now I want to install it on my private laptop.
However whan I install it via DazCentral, Daz Studio is installed up to 78% and then it stops and the green "install" button is visible again.

When I hit it...the percentage is set back to 67% comes bacl up to 68% and then stops again.after hitting the "install" button for some time suddenly the percentage jumps to 87%.
What [on Earth]... is this??????

Is it also installing all my Assets??

Looking at DazCentral under version details it says: version 4.20.0.2 , yet the desktop shortcut says 4.21!!!!

It is installing some core content files and plug-ins, I think, yes.
