how do i change it so it uses my perspective view

    Make sure you have "Perspective view" selected in the top right corner of the viewport on the render page. If it's set to something else, just click on it, and select perspective view.

    the itray i cant find the render screen where it should be

    Is the problem that the render isn't appearing on the screen? If so, it may be rendering to a file - go to Render Settings (Window>Panes(Tabs)>Render Settings), click the Editor tab, then General on the left of the pane, and make sure that Render Target iss et to New Window.
