Unzip/install your product into a folder.  You can add a new content folder, or you can add to an existing content folder.  Note that different products are zipped differently, and you may have to move files or folders around, so if you have never done this before, maybe try unzipping into a test folder first to make sure you know what you are doing.

If you are adding a new content folder: in the Content Library pane, click the menu in the upper corner and select Content Directory Manager.  If your product includes some DAZ Studio format files or if you don't know, click on "DAZ Studio Formats", then the Add button and browse to and select the folder CONTAINING the runtime/top-level content subfolders.   If your product includes some Poser format files (a runtime) or if you don't know, click on "Poser Formats", then the Add button and browse to and select the folder CONTAINING the runtime.  (see screenshot for an example of this).  Press Accept.  wait a long time.

From the Content Library pane's menu, select "Scan Known Directories for files".  (possibly you won't need this step if you don't use custom categories, I'm uncertain though.)  Your content will then appear somewhere within Categories > Default.  Sometimes it's in unassigned, but I think sometimes it also might go into pre-categorized defaults, look for the blue highlighting.
