will I ever be able to transfer my g8 chars to g9?

I have worked on several characters at this point with the g8 bases. Lot of them use the torment skin and were built with quite a few daz morph mods for the face and body.
Would it ever be possible to convert them to g9 somehow in the future? Does anyone know if there is anything in the works that will let me do this? At the least a genesis 8.1 to 9 skin utility or something that converts the UV for g9 into g8?

You can convert the character morphs now. There are videos and instructions on how to do it on YouTube. There was a product for the female character uvs. https://www.daz3d.com/legacy-uvs-for-genesis-9-genesis-3-8-and-81-female I'm sure that a male version will be released eventually.
