I created a custom morph out of several morphs by exporting it as obj and importing it by morph loader pro - and the character looks good, but when i try to use a pose, it turn into spagetti
What am I doing wrong?

Try to select the joint editor tool, and with the charcter selected in the scene tab right-click in the viewport and Edit > Adjust rigging to shape.
Please switch to a non-textured drawstyle before taking your screenshot.
