Overlay program

I'm looking for a stand alone overlay program that is compatable with DAZ. I had it once but somehow lost it. It allowed me to make tan lines, make up changes etc. by taking an original skin and making changes within the program to save into DAZ. Any ideas?

Maybe you could describe the software a little bit more detailed, because when i read your post a layered graphics software like GIMP (free) or Photoshop came to my mind. Here a tutorial for using gimp:

No not skin builder. This wasn't a Daz product but a stand alone program.
