Activepose broken on singular character

Scenario: I was posing a female G8 in a scene, but suddenly noticed that it was an absolute hassle to move her around. I found that the problem is that her lower abdomen is locked. Like really locked. Every other part of her body moves even when pinned, when trying to move the lower abdomen with the activepose tool. When moving her abdomen with bend, twist, side-side there is no problem. I have checked that I haven't locked the joint, haven't attached any ik-chains or anything. I tried setting up a new scene, zeroing the pose and so on and so forth, but nothing helps. Other female G8's do not have this issue. Any ideas of what is wrong with that character?

 

ps. I save my characters as a subscene.

    I rebuilt the character from the ground up on a new genesis 8 model. Thanks for the "help".
