Is avatar changing still broken for DAZ forums ?

Hello, I can't put a new avatar. I found topics about a similar problem but that seemed to be from 2013...Is there a way to change user avatar now ? Mine won't load or just give an error page...

    There are issues with the site right now, which - in the scheme of things - is pretty much par for the course for this place. indecision
