How do I pose g9’s eyes?

I really like G9's expressions, but eye posing is driving me nuts. If I want the character looking at the camera, I select each eye and set it to point at, which is something I've done since Mike 2. Doesn't work. When I try to use the eye pose settings manually, by using the sliders, I may end up with one eyelid open further than the other even though the settings on the eyes are the same. And if I use the eye pose pack, one eye points one way while the other points the other until he looks like Marty Feldman in Young Frankenstein. Today I was reduced to pointing the eyes dead on amd moving the camera until it was aligned with the eyes. :/
Help?

I use a camera parented to each eye to manually dial that in, regardless of generation. So far it's worked a lot faster than trying to mess with any other method.
Interested. Step by step instructions please?
I got the nudge from a POV Camera freebie offered by lstowe (it's not on Daz, so you'll have to google it). It automatically loads and parents it for you for G3 and G8, but you can essentially do it yourself. Just create a camera, select parent, go through the tab menu and select the eye, and make sure "parent in place" is unselected. Just make sure you do it right off the bat while your fresh character is in zero pose to make sure it's facing dead center. There's been once or twice I've had to nudge the Z position forward to make sure it wasn't trying to render the inside of the eye. If I intend to use that figure more than once, I save it with the cameras as a scene subset.
If I remember right, the camera defaults with a frame width of 38, but I drop that to 16 for real-style POV, and even lower if I'm trying to center it on a small object like a camera.
Mind you, the moment you select and start moving the eyes in pose controls, the center of the camera you're trying to focus on won't be so easy to find. For that, there's moving a physical prop to point at that spot. All my new scenes auto-load with the 8ft Measuring Stick (a freebie that can be found elsewhere in these forums), and I just reposition it to the location and height of the camera.
It sounds like a lot in text, but after you do it your first few times, it becomes super fast. (I didn't start off watching anyone do it, so my workflow is super quirky. :D )
Thank you!
This works for me, and it's updated for G9.
