Adding clothing for character

Hi, I am new to Daz Studio and wondered if someone could help a newbie.    I have purched two characters in the shop,  War Goblin and Hobgoblin, but their clothing/shoes, etc. are not shown in the wardrobe panel, so I just have naked figures.  I thought maybe I have to buy the wardrobe items seperately but cannot find them in the shop.  Is this normal...  that advertised characters do not include the clothing, and if so, how do I get the clothing?  There seems no way that I can contact the author of the characters.  Hope someone can help, but in the meantime...     It's normal that characters don't include the clothes used in the promo shots. Hair is also not included with most character packs. A character is usually only morphs (figure shapes) and textures, if anything else is included it will be fully detailed in the product description.

    As for contacting vendors, DAZ handles all customer support requests for them so there's no way to contact them directly. Some of them use the forums so it's possible to interact with them there.
