Smart Content actually really dumb

So every time I use the Genesis figure the Smart Content goes blank can someone help?

Blank as in showing no content for Genesis when it is selected? Does the Content Library still show Categories and Products when this happens?
yes and no what it shows me is well I wonder if I can show you a print screen or something...if that worked then you can see that it does show some stuff but when I open the folders none of it is actully relavent to genisis. Its all stone shaders or hair colors for a hair that it won't let me select. Also I did download someing called Bot Genesis. Sorry for not clarafiying that from the get go I posted this at like 2Am after a long night of frustration.
Can you try doing the attachment again? Sometimes it doesn't take on the first try.

I'm not understanding -- what is it that you have selected, and what are you seeing or not seeing that you expected?
The Genesis figure is selected but instead I'm getting this stuff witch is for stone shaders and hair colors for hair that doesn't even go with The Genesis figure as well as other random stuff that has nothing to do with Genesis. I have no hair, no wardrobe, no poses despite there being a poses option in the pic above.
Can you post a screenshot of the whole interface when this happens?
