How to get Jacqueline 8.1 on Genesis 9? Is this possible yet without a huge hassel, and in a professional way that won't cause any future problems?

It is possible to tansfer non-HD morphs - though it does require several steps. There was a thread giving the basic procedure for Gensis 3 to Genesi 8, though I don't have a link to hand. Textures can be baked across, though it requires using an external application, or you can use the new Cayman Studios tool which makes maps usable directly (though it requirs adding extra geoGrafts to the Genesis 9 figure). HD morphs, however, cannot be transferred.
