Muscle morph packs?

Every generation before this one had morph packs for individual muscle groups, such as biceps, pectorals, triceps, etc rather than just a general sculpted shape. That way if a character's arm bent, you could have the biceps flex. Usually that product was released fairly soon, but there hasn't been one for G9. Does anyone know if this is in the works? I keep looking for it, and no luck.

Xenic101 did the Musculature HD morphs for Genesis 8, RawArt did the Massive Morphs. I don't know if Xenic101 is still active, but we'll get something from RawArt at some point.
Because the expressions are better than Gen 8, and so are the skin tones.
But until the produce improves, that may be what I have to do.
I had a "Massive Morphs" set begun....but put it on the shelf for a while....I will likely pick it back up again soon
Great! I'll look for it.
I've been asking myself this question as well. Meanwhile, I'd be happy for any recommendations for "out of the box" fit or muscular G9 felame characters, here or elsewhere, that I can use as an experimental starting point.
Freja 9 was mentioned as a supported shape for a recent clothing release so I have hopes. Of course there's no guarantee it gets released or when.
Thanks... hope so. They really need to get on the stick with some anatomically correct muscularity and vascularity morphs.
I dont think I have ever seen a morph set where someone didn't complain about anatomical correctness.....no matter how much work someone puts into it, there will always be someone who sees it different
Photographic references are an indispensable resource. There is simply no excuse for G9F's noodly arms in their current iteration, especially given the cost of these models and related products.
hah...its funny that you don't think product makers use references
I always assumed the models/morphs came down to artistic interpretation and how much time the artist can spend on a project before needing it to produce money or hitting a deadline. I can't believe many (or any) of these involve slapping some kind of bodysuit that would capture deformation data on a person and having them walk, jog, run, flex, etc to capture morph data.
Or modeling a human skeleton, adding muscle/fat and somehow modeling how they move then drapping a "skin" over it to get the morphs. Is there even any affordable hobbyist software that can do that?
One of the challenges with references is that the references vary.
When I worked on a fox, it was... challenging comparing many different fox images, because their appearance differed due to time of year/coat, species, subspecies, variation in age, and then natural variation from animal to animal.
I'd find myself changing things one way, look at another reference, change it another way...
Ultimately you have to make an educated guess. And then you'll find people whose internal sense or references vary from the direction you went with.
I mean, yeah, sometimes a creator is way off, but then again, sometimes references are weird.
Morphs aren't going to cut it for G9, the muscles and where they connect in the arm are really wrong.
Edited for content by author: For clarification, we as PAs do use photos for references, but the thing is, people come in all shapes and sizes. We can't account for everyone, or everything that varies between different people. Art is ultimately subjective, and for the most part, up to the user to find something useful or attractive. Abusing the artists for making the art is a VERY quick way of not getting any more art. Non PAs don't really know what goes on in the creation process, and it is intensive in our brain-sweat. Something that might look like it takes a few moments to make could take a few months.
Though, muscle morph packs would be good.
I really can't wait for a good muscle set for g9. I can convert muscular bodies but without the hd definition it's not nearly as good.
The raw massive morphs are my favorite for genesis 8. I use them all the time.
Looking forward to it!!
