    I've seen both. Newer schools have outlets by each desk or pair of desks. Older schools use batteries, and the students have to switch to seats by the outlets to recharge. Other schools have no computers at all. 

    Thanks @xyer0. Schools without a computer?! Wow, my son who is 45 had computers in his kindergarten class on up in California in 1982/83. But we were stationed at Edwards AFB and the Junior Officers Club did buy the Apple computers for all the school classrooms on base as the Kern County School System didn't even have one in their office yet I think. By the time he graduated high school the kids were still not bringing computers, but used ones in the schools or at home.

    But it is good to know that set is good on what is out there. I know when I went to seminars at hotels for my job, I had to plug my laptop into an outlet along the wall during breaks, if I didn't get a table near an outlet in the middle of the floor. Early laptops, lousy batteries.

    I can't comprehend a 'normal' classroom being with laptops being used, only for IT lessons or other research in another room, 

    It may have changed in the just over 10 years since I left for Uni, but all my standard lessons were sat at tables with pen and paper,

    I wouldn't be suprised if some schools in Kern County still didn't have classroom computers for every or most student(s). Twelve years ago, I lived in Arvin (10 miles south of Bakersfield), and it was one decade removed from Mayberry. Great town and people.

    I have such a strong aversion towards investing in Genesis 9, that I let the 60% off Toon Heroes bundle pass me by. I was on the fence, and *almost* went for it, but I just can't jump in when there's literally only one thing for G9 I want after all these months.

    I picked out a Goldtassel hair for my MM freebie (Thanks Daz!) and am looking forward to trying it out along with a couple deeply discounted items I picked up last week. Other than the freebie, the MM deals so far aren't appealing to me. As expected, the triggering Mad releases are mostly G9. 

    But I will see how it goes. It's early days, and I don't have a hobby budget right now anyways. Maybe I will by the time there's a catch up.

    ...well the freebie yesterday was nice. Today it's more like "March Meh-ness".  The 1.99$ items are mostly old ones and RDNA content (was hoping there would be a Daz+ For a Day category).  Other than that everything requires a new release (or 2+) buy in to get the best discounts.  At least Daz+ items work and there's one that is useful.

    I bought the Daz horse 3 back in December, I have orange banner and the horse 3 mega bundle is in my cart at $36.02. Not a bad price. But when I look at what I'm getting in the mega bundle, I ask myself is it worth it? I am a little disappointed that the mega bundle's contents are not that great or is it just me?

    Chuck something cheap from the last couple of days in your cart as well and you can get it down to £30
    e.g there's a lace shader set for $3, so you'll only pay $33 for both rather than $36 for one.
    If you do buy, don't forget the free old stuff as well.

    Well, the update seems to include one extra texture . . . but I have not installed the update yet. I have screen shots of the original order vs the new order and they differ. I am referring to the list in the i-frame of the order page, in the product library, not the store catalogue details page. Original order had 5 templates, new order has 6 templates. Under shaping there is a new thicken and lengthen tail but no mention of a mane. The 'new' list goes on and a few items initially appear to have fallen to the wayside, are really just renamed and appear as new. eg: belly inflate is now called abdomen inflate and Abdomen small is now an option as well. So, although the zip file looks the same size, there are over 4 dozen new options mentioned on the order details, that were not mentioned on the first order from Dec 2022.

    ...I have and rarely used Horse 2.  Now we have Horse 3 which for the time being, MM deals are tied to.  

    Seems I have to be patient until "Daz+ Wednesdays" to get any grab bag discounts. As long as Daz+ items are not G9, I should be OK.

    Still waiting on Cat 8 (or I guess now, Cat 9)

    OH NO !! ..added up my purchases for February and I've already over budget. Now have a GC and 50% off coupon in messages. Hope it holds until March as I'm wiped out. Too bad as there are some things I could pick  up dirt cheap. If I had control of my spending I would buy now and not later, but that never works around here.

    It is good storewide ... you pick whatever your little heart desires from the entire store. From past experience I suggest use it ASAP. All good gifts tend to come to an end sooner than later.

    Edit: Buy the GC first.

    Having bought the Mega Bundle on friday, I can use the smaller bundles as buy-in's for free (becomes free in the cart) as I own everything on them.

    Has anyone got the 50% coupon code to work. It has some conditions, but I can't see what these are. It fails with NEW/SALE, NEW, and items from my wishlist.

    Yes, I got it to work. The conditions are:

    *Offer valid for intended recipients only.
    Coupon code usable once per customer.
    ‡Discount excludes New Releases, FastGrab Items, Gift Cards, and Memberships.
    Cannot be used to discount items already owned.
