delete orphan things

How do I delete these orphan things? 

EDIT: It is not allowing me to attached the screen capture. I had to reinstall everything. Somethings were deleted from disk but not from DAZ. How do I delete something that still shows a ghost icon in DAZ that was deleted from disk?

Try right-clicking on the orphan rference in the Content Library under Categories.
