Missing product in store

3 days ago I've purchased "dForce SU Cute Dress Bundle for Genesis 8, 8.1, and 9". According to the bundle description it contains 3 products: 

dForce SU Cute Dress for Genesis 8, 8.1, and 9
SU Cute Dress Shoe for Genesis 8 , 8.1, and 9
SU Cute Shoes for Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1

But I can only download 2 of these items, because one item is duplicate. The missing item is "SU Cute Dress Shoe for Genesis 8 , 8.1, and 9". When I download it, I also get "SU Cute Shoes for Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1" for a second time instead. I already did contact the PA (Sue Yee), but no answer yet, although he/she was online in the last 3 days. I also contacted the DAZ support, but also got no answer for 3 days. That's why I now want to raise attention by opening this forum thread. And I'm pretty sure that other buyers may have the same issue. I hope that this will be fixed soon.

    I doubt the PA could do anything about it, sounds like a case of the wrong package set on the download server and that woud be on DAZ side.

    No, it isn't a case of the wrong download package. The PA did pack and upload the wrong product! If I download "SU Cute Dress Shoe for Genesis 8 , 8.1, and 9" and "SU Cute Shoes for Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1" the ZIP files do actually differ by just a few kilobytes, because only the files in "Content -> Runtime -> Support" are different. The entire rest of the files that are inside the ZIP file are the same. So the ZIP file of "SU Cute Dress Shoe for Genesis 8 , 8.1, and 9" also contains the files of "SU Cute Shoes for Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1" except for the files in "Content -> Runtime -> Support" which are correct.

    I already filed a ticket 3 days ago. But I didn't get an answer yet. So I wanted to raise attention on this issue by starting this thread and make sure that the issue is recognized.

    I bought the dress, but not the bundle. The installation file for the dress has all the correct files and no additional ones, but I haven't installed it yet.

    No, I'm not talking about the dress. The dress is correct. I'm talking about the shoes, the "SU Cute Dress Shoe for Genesis 8 , 8.1, and 9" in particular. These shoes are missing in the bundle. Instead, the bundle contains "SU Cute Shoes for Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1" twice.
