how to download Reality 4

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I Have just purchased Reality 4 for daz studio but how to download .Ive tryed downloading from my account but on selecting download it takes me to product page

    Download from my orders there is no download and install other 2 items have download and install Reality 4 does show in my library

    You either download from your product library  https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files

    Or you download using DIM.

    ​Thanks for your reply but it does not show in my product library or in DIM I allway download with DIM but not in bim

    I have asked a couple of people, and it does appear that Reality has to be downloaded manuall, using the blue button, rather than downloading it through DIM

    Thanks again but as i said blue button takes me Back to product page .So i have submitted  TICKET

    Yes, that is the best way, although it may not be dealt with straight away, as CS is week days only normally.

    Hi it as now been sorted download buttens showed up at bottom of page this morning
