The banner says buy 4+ get them for $3.99 USD each, but you need to have 5 items in the cart to get that price.

Which is it buy 5 or more, or does the checkout service need to be correct?

Maybe the offer was not performing properly when you tried it but I just added four grab bag items to my cart and they were each priced at $3.99.
