Hi everyone! I'm wanting to create scenery with hills, like the kind of hills you would find in East Tennessee; forested, covered in trees, no rock formations. Is there a scenery available here in the store that features such a landscape option, or does it have to be something I would need to create myself? If so, what's a good way to do that? Thank for any and every response! I'm still pretty much a newbie! I have used DAZ for outfits but I rarely have the time to dedicate to more than that until now! Example of what I'm looking for/to make:

If you are wanting to make custom terrain, take a look at TangoAlphas UltraScenery products.
I, too, would suggest you look at UltraScenery. I suspect the base product could well be closest to what you want. HOWEVER, the scene made by US is 64m square. That is nowhere near big enough for the sort of vista you're hoping for. I used the base US product to create the image below without any add-ons:
To get wider vistas, you need both the foreground detail provided by US and something less detailed & heavyweight on the system that can go over 1km or so. There you're looking at things like UltraScenery XT for the background (it was designed to work with US as the foreground detail and for distance shots only working on its own). However, it's more aimed at mountainous scenes. With a bit of tweaking of the settings you should be able to get tree covered hills (may need to generate your own height map, depends exactly what you want).
So, it is possible, but you may have to work at it & get used to new tools.

Richard
You can also check Flink's store over on Rendo. Lots of vairiants of rolling hill terrains.

The master of this sort of thing is Andrey Pestryakov , however his stuff is too rocky for what you want. If you look at some of his products, you get a clue as to how he does what he does. This one from Forest Glade for example:
Real trees near to the camera, billboards everywhere else.
I suggest UltraScenery with some of its various options made by both HowieFarkes and TangoAlpha. Check out this thread in the Commercial Products there are lots of tips, tricks, examples etc. Theres also an older thread for it.
US is highly customizable to create whatever landscape scene you want. And there are some great additions that have been made to make it even more so.
Bryce. Carrara. No? Not actively supported by Daz3D? OK.
Well then I suggest checking out Howie Farkes store. Howie Farkes used to make big environment sets based on Carrara's landscape, realistic sky, and replication system. Now that Daz3D no longer actively supports Carrara, Howie Farkes has made similar sets for Daz Studio. But Daz Studio does not have built in tools and functions like Carrara's replicators, so Howie developed plugins like Ultra-Scatter and Ultra-Scenery. Those plugins will help a great deal if you have something particularly specific in mind. However, if your interest is more general, he has a number of premade forest sets with plants that are also common in eastern North America.

Ultra scenery is the best solution for rolling hills with trees because you can control where you place the trees, which type of tree gets placed and how dense or sparse those trees will be placed and clumped. The river, creeks and path are optional adds.

UltraSceneryXT can create large terrains:

Not exactly what you want, but the demonstration of UltraSceneryXT made with preset 25 BlueHills, USX Terrain 06 Mat
and custom values of Max Slope and Min Slope in Ecology parameters.
MS Paint!!!
No, just kidding. Ultra scenery! :)
