What happened to the rendering settings?

I don't know what's going on with DAZ's site, but this is my third time trying to post my current problem.
This morning I logged into my DAZ 4.21 Pro program. I noticed some options for rendering missing. I don't remember what they are called but I believe it was in the Progressive tab. To speed up rendering you are supposed to change an option to 'No' and another from 5000 to whatever lower setting you want. Out of curiosity, I tried rendering with the default settings and here is what I got.
(BTW, I'm having trouble attaching a image file (jpg), it wouldn't load. So I am going to try it one more time.)

UPDATE: I tried again to upload the image but it won't. Gave up after waiting several minutes. The image showed the rendering options I did have, just not the missing ones. It also showed what looked like a black and white image. That is, the hair is whiter and the rest is black, as in no color at all but those two. It's like a cutout.
Several settings are now on nodes and won't show in the pane or take non-default values until the correct node is added to the scene (from the Create menu). However, the Progressive group is not one of those. Are you sure the render engine is set to Iray?
Thanks Richard. I just realized the rendering was set for 3Delight, not Iray. My bad. I have no idea how it got changed.
Still don't know why this site wouldn't upload the image file, though.
It is being finicky and/or not working atm. Try uploading to an external source (Dropbox, Google Drive, various cloud services..etc) It needs to be somewhere that it will generate a link and that will allow you to post an image.
