Tab lettering

Is there any way to make the lettering used on all the various tabs brighter?    The greyness of the lettering makes it harder to read.

Window>Style>Customise colours wil let you edit the colours - however, there isn't a specific colour setting for tab text so you will have to experiment, and watch for changes elsewhere.

Screenshot shows a custom color combination I'm trying that affects contrast on the various tabs, among many other things.  I haven't been running it long enough to be sure it didn't affect some element of some window I don't use often in a negative way yet, but so far it seems somewhat better.  A good way to experiment to see what changes what is to pick a color and change it to bright red or lime green or something, then start randomly clicking through tabs, windows, menus, and so on.   Here's the settings used in the screenshot that differ from the defaults:

    Window > Style > "Customize Colors":
    Set "Foreground Color" to white (so I can more easily read the text in the Content library pane among others).
    Set Dark Color to 0,0,0.  (This is the Categorize window's color, also non-current tabs, lines, a few things in the toolbar, the backgrounds of some but not all content thumbnails, parameter backgrounds, shader mixer preview default, some other tool bars, etc. Can't set it to white like the foreground color text or I won't know what tabs are current and it would conflict with the already-categorized highlighting. Unsure what's the best color.)

It looks like you're using the Darkside screen style. Try changing to Highway using Window / Style / Select Style.  This is much lighter and easier to read if, like me, your eyesight is less than razor-sharp.

Thanks for the suggestion!  I have opted to keep using Darkside personally because it lets me fit a lot more on my monitor than Highway, but the OP may prefer that or another style despite this.
