Original geometry is no longer disappearing when some items are added

There is this curious problem that I started having overnight without having modified anything at all. There are certain items that remove the original geometry of the Genesis 8.1 model and replace it with a new one (for example, custom gens models). This stopped working in my program and now when adding the same items, the two geometries are present, one on top of the other.

Even when I open old scenes that were working two days ago, they now have this problem. Since I didn't modify anything, maybe there is some option that I accidentally turned on? Or something corrupted? How to solve this problem?

Note: I installed genesis 8.1 via the DAZ Studio installer, but something went wrong because when I open these figures I get that duplicate formulas error. I was ignoring this error because it was not generating any problems, but maybe it has some relation with what is happening?

  • It's probably the tool you have active - Geometry Editor, for example, turns off the hiding so that you can see everything fro editing.

Thanks, man. That was exactly it.
I didn't even suspect it, especially since it affects even the final renders!
