How to change frame rate with aniblock?

[How to change frame rate with aniblock?] For example, I have a breathing aniblock for a G8.1F and want to render a series of the animation with another frame rate (e.g., 5 FPS) than 30 FPS. How can I do that?

I think I can change FPS in timeline but when I baked the aniblock for timeline. The animation was totally broken.After the bake, figure jump to sky for some reason.

I suspect this is not supposed to be that difficult. Any help or clue would be appreciated.
