Anyone know what hair prop was used in the main promo picture? I tried 2021-03 from Outoftouch, but I can't get even close to the same result.

I don't think it is the right one but Jolina Hair looks to be pretty close if you don't find a perfect match.

I'm stumped, but the character is from mid-2021, so it's not a hair from 2022.

No, you're probably right.  At a closer look the textures do not look like OOT's either, though close.

OP could ask Anagord using Rendo sitemail, I did once I had a similar product question and she gave me a link to the product.

Yes, I think you're right.  Also explains the textures, OOTs textures were a bit different back then than today.
